As a contract software developer at a startup, I designed and built a Python-based client using FastAPI to interact with the Meta Graph API and Google Ads API. This service enables user authentication, retrieval of data from Facebook Business Pages and Instagram Business Accounts as well as Google Ads, and the creation of new posts for those accounts. To support all this, I implemented MongoDB in our backend to efficiently store user information in an scalable way.I also implemented an AI-powered chat client for users to get additional insights on their data. This chat client sets a series of business-relevant parameters, adds the report for that particular user and the user\'s prompt and then feeds the whole into Open AI\'s API, later exposing the response through our user interface.Beyond development, I led the entire process of securing advanced permissions for these features, successfully obtaining approval for all required Meta Graph API and Google Ads API permissions. This involved creating detailed demo videos and guiding the request process to meet both Meta and Google’s stringent requirements. All of this was accomplished in a fast-paced environment, requiring delivery of solution to meet tight deadlines.Our code base is implemented as a private GitHub repository, allowing us to have a geographically distributed development team that is able to collaborate seamlessly.
