As a Structural Designer, I apply my passion for engineering and sustainability to create positive impacts in the world. I am a certified Engineer In Training (EIT) and a formerly certified Envision Sustainability Professional (ENV SP), which demonstrate my commitment to ethical and environmental standards in the engineering field. I have also passed the PE Civil Structural exam and will be obtaining my license soon.My experience in structural design ranges from residential and commercial to industrial facilities. I have worked on custom homes, apartment buildings, offices, medical facilities, auto assembly plants, and data centers. I have learned to design structures using wood, concrete, steel, and masonry. I am familiar with programs such as Bluebeam, Revit, ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, RISA, Enercalc, Strucalc, Tekla Tedds, Hilti PROFIS, BIM 360, and Procore among others. I have used these tools to develop and review 2D and 3D structural plans, models, submittals, and RFIs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and quality. I understand the importance of communicating and coordinating across multiple teams and diciplines to deliver quality drawings and help the project transition more smoothly into construction.I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies, and to collaborate with other professionals and stakeholders in the engineering industry. I value mentorship, feedback, and innovation, and I strive to deliver excellence and value to my clients and projects. My goal is to continue to grow as a structural engineer and to contribute to the advancement and sustainability of the built environment.
