As a Sophomore at the University of South Florida, I am currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, a dynamic field that consistently captivates me owing to its seamless fusion of technology, mathematics, and data analysis. Alongside my academic endeavors, I proudly serve as a Tech Specialist for Brasa Connect, contributing to the development of the website and App for the largest Brazilian conference in Florida. Moreover, my previous role as a summer intern in Business Intelligence & QA at BTG Pactual has been instrumental in allowing me to apply my academic knowledge in real-world scenarios. This experience has also afforded me the opportunity to familiarize myself with new programming languages and software, significantly enriching my skill set. Since coming to study in the US, I have recognized the importance of supporting and aiding the Brazilian community. This realization has motivated me to assume the role of Professional Development Director, aiming to empower and uplift Brazilian students studying at USF, helping them thrive and achieve their best academic and professional potential.
