Stepped into an Associate Director role within the Supply Chain Centre of Excellence, focusing on Planning, where I drive both strategic transformation and operational excellence across the function.This transition reflects an expansion of scope from programme delivery to broader leadership and capability building. This initiative aims to significantly enhance planning capabilities, decision-making, and end-to-end visibility.I also lead most of our Supply Chain AI and analytics efforts, driving the adoption of data-driven decision making and innovative solutions to improve performance, efficiency, and resilience.Overall, my role focuses on elevating planning maturity, embedding advanced capabilities, and delivering long-term strategic value across the Supply Chain.
