Our ultimate goal is to become the biggest football channel, and my position is instrumental in achieving this objective.In this role, I am responsible for planning, executing, and finalising projects, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines and efficient allocation of resources. Coordinate project activities across multiple teams and departments to ensure smooth execution and seamless collaboration. Collaborate with the team to handle logistics related to shooting preparations, props, accommodations, and travel arrangements. Identify and address project issues proactively, implementing actions and risk mitigation strategies as necessary. Post-project evaluations, providing valuable insights and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
