I am especially passionate about critical thinking, design thinking, and interaction design to improve our overall user experiences- Collaborating with service agents and store associates to improve our customer service experience and other friction points within our brick-and-mortar locations and online shopping experiences- Radically improved GameStop’s internal service agent experience with our new customer service portal via improved user flows, accessible and aesthetic components, contextual messaging, user research and data-backed decisions- Design and execute a new Customer Service Design System - Partnering with project managers, tech leads, user research, and leadership to create meaningful experiences and impactful features on the web and mobile app for millions of GameStop users.
