I oversee lifestyle operations for a homeowners association with over residents. I’ve trained and supervise a team of 25 employees dedicated to making our residents feel at home. During my tenure in this position, I’ve established several new community programs and initiatives, planned and delivered on critical capital improvement projects, and recommitted our team to providing the highest standard in resident hospitality. To overcome the new challenges of Covid-19, my team and I have created innovative new programs and resident resources to maintain our high standard of service while promoting community health.
