About Fernanda Yanez
I am currently attending Duke Law School, working towards my J.D. and M.A. in Bioethics and Science Policy. At Duke I am part of the Latin American Law Students Association, California Club, Women of Color Collective, Women’s Law Student Association, and Mock Trial. I graduated from the University of Arizona with three majors in Law, Political Science, and Psychology. I completed an honors thesis titled One Shotters and Repeat Players: What Makes Them Different. During my undergraduate career, I was Vice President of Mock Trial, Phi Alpha Delta Vice President, a Student Service Assistant for Arizona Public Media, an Ambassador for the College of Social and Behavioral Sciences, and an Ambassador for the W.A. Franke Honors College, and a Student Office Worker for the Disability Resource Center.
