My practice involves representing clients in matters related to breach of contract, HOA/COA disputes, products liability, construction defect, and other complex civil litigation. I also have experience consulting insurance companies on insurance-related matters, such as the duty to defend, additional insured considerations, UM/UIM claims, first party property and liability claims, third party property and liability claims, and extra-contractual claims in Washington, Oregon, Alaska, Ohio, Texas, and other states. Our boutique firm also provides legal support to sole-proprietorships, small and large companies, and corporations, including Fortune 500 companies. I am also proficient in written and spoken French; intermediate in written and spoken Italian; and have beginner skills in Spanish.I am currently also volunteering for the Seattle Clemency Project and the Washington Innocence Project, as well as being a member of the WSBA\'s Board of Bar Examiners and the WSBA\'s Character & Fitness Board.
