In this role, I manage the performance, strategy, and compliance of a network of financial centers that serve a diverse and dynamic customer base across a large geographic area.I have a strong background in banking, finance, and management, with an MBA from Saint John Fisher College and a bachelor\'s degree in management with an HR concentration. I am also fluent in Spanish, which allows me to communicate effectively with a wide range of customers and stakeholders.
