ABOUT LUISA SCHUMACHER

Quick Bio Luisa Schumacher is a leader who partners with global teams to bring bold ideas to life. As an executive and designer, she launches high value initiatives at the intersection of business, tech, and social impact. Long Bio Luisa Schumacher is a leader in social impact design, or creating value using human centered design methods and strategies. With over 15 years\' of experience as an executive, Luisa’s ability to solve and prototype in complex social and corporate environments has resulted in successful products, programs and initiatives that have created lasting and measurable value for people, business and society. Leveraging her background in facilitative leadership and systems-level change, Luisa has held roles driving innovation at Ford Motor Company, United Way, GreenPath Financial Wellness and the West Michigan Center for Arts & Technology. She is a published writer on topics like AI, social change, and the future of work, as well as an accomplished public speaker. Her work has been recognized and awarded in numerous global arenas. Most significant is her work writing and facilitating the strategic plan for the creation of the Museum School, winner of the $10M XQ Super School Project grant for education and innovation. Luisa is currently working on designing for trust, artificial intelligence for social impact and multi-stakeholder value creation models.
