High expertise in gender-based violence. Management of gender, human rights, differential, intersectional, participative approaches.Experience with international organizations such as the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), Caritas, and Catholic Charities, assisting with humanitarian, asylum seeker, and refugee crises in Colombia and New York City. Experience assisting clients eligible for the New York State Assistance for Migrant Program (AMP) and the Migrant Relocation Assistance Program (MRAP).Skills in working with interdisciplinary teams on formulating, applying, and evaluating humanitarian projects.
