About Luisa Bozano
Creative thinker and by nature I love collaboration and I like to consider and evaluate a broad array of perspectives when thinking about problems. Achievement-oriented, I like to think about many ideas. I really enjoy the initial phase of a project when there is a need for creative and innovative approaches. I am very versatile in Design of Experiments to create Proof of concepts and purpose driven prototypes. I have experience in leading multidisciplinary teams of engineers, physicists, computer scientists, biologists, and chemists. I worked on a broad range of technologies, electrical measurements and materials integration: polymers LED, polymer memories, and E-beam resists development. I have deep experience of material integration and device nanofabrication from R&D into manufacturing.More recently we created an AI powered smell sensor platform (electronic nose) for food and healthcare diagnostic application. I created many internship program and recruited over 100 students. Fostered more than 50 join studies with US and foreign Institutions and Universities.
