Job responsibilities- Providing support for the management and delivery of multiple projects from inception to delivery of outputs for clients, performing project management duties such as producing reports, schedules and project planning documentation- Developing and maintaining programme and project plans in collaboration with subject matter experts and project managers- Collaborating with team members and project sponsors to define objectives- Co-ordinating project teams and activities and keep track of progress and completion deadlines- Supporting project lead in managing overall program plan, risks, issues, dependencies and assumptions- Organising and facilitating meetings, both internal and client-based, including project mobilisation, progress updates and internal workshops, with a view to driving the project forward- Building effective working relationships with a variety of client stakeholders - Developing communication packs to share project progress and status with project sponsors / clients- Supporting lessons learned activities across the organisation to create and support an environment of continuous improvement- Ensuring the delivery of complex organisational culture programmes.
