ABOUT LUISA ADRIANZEN GUYER

Luisa Adrianzen Guyer brings more than 30 years of experience in optimizing organizational performance, aligning resources strategically, and cultivating donor and client relationships based on shared values and goals. Her career spans across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors, where she has consistently delivered results in operational efficiency, data-driven strategy, and contingency planning. Currently a Senior Consultant at Arts Consulting Group, Adrianzen Guyer has held senior leadership and fundraising roles across a wide range of arts and culture organizations. These include Interim Director of Development at Oregon Ballet Theatre; Director of Development at Portland Center Stage; Executive Director for North America at the French American Museum Exchange; Executive Director at Converge 45; Associate Director of Development at the Portland Art Museum; and Director of Development at the Portland Institute for Contemporary Art. Earlier in her career, she served as Head of Chancery at the Luxembourg Consulate General and Board of Economic Development in San Francisco and led business development efforts in independent film and commercial production in Los Angeles. A dedicated community leader, Adrianzen Guyer currently serves on the Board of Directors at Gather:Make:Shelter; on the Development Committee at the Portland Art Museum, where she also serves as a Facilitator for the Look With Me program; and on the Art Task Force at Central City Concern. Her previous board and advisory roles include Co-President, Treasurer, and Director of the Penney Family Fund; Treasurer and Director at Grantmakers of Oregon and Southwest Washington; Director at Willamette Valley Development Officers; Advisory Director at the World Affairs Council of Oregon; Program Committee Member at Business for Culture and the Arts; and Mentor for Portland Emerging Arts Leaders. She has also served as a grant panelist for the New York Foundation for the Arts and the Oregon Arts Commission. Adrianzen Guyer studied Economics at the University of Fribourg, Switzerland, through the license de sciences économiques et sociales program (equivalent to a U.S. Bachelor’s degree). She is fluent in Spanish, English, and French, and conversant in Italian.
