Coordinate scheduling of emergency repairs and future maintenance appointments. Handle all complaints, reach out to customers to discuss unfavorable experiences and provide solutions for future visits. Provide timely updates to both drivers and company owners, so they can have enough information to make an informed business decision. Process orders and distribute information about products and services. Provide a time of expected completion, parts availability for repairs and what repairs are required/recommended. Create and send detailed estimates to customers for approval through email, phone/text as well as update and arrange pick up or drop off of vehicles. Finalize and bill invoices using Procede and SlimCD systems as well as UptimePro.
