My journey has been driven by a passion for service excellence, team development, and customer success.I began my career in the field, where I not only mastered the technical side of forklift repair but also took initiative to open new accounts, set up operations, and recruit and train technicians to ensure long-term success. My ability to build strong customer relationships and lead high-performing teams led me to explore sales, where I gained valuable insight into client needs and business growth.Today, as a District Manager, I oversee operations, drive performance, and mentor teams to deliver top-tier service and support. I take pride in fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.
