1GLOBAL (previously Truphone) is an international mobile communications company. The company’s unique SIM card provides seamless management of multiple regional numbers stored on one SIM and works in more than 220 countries. One of the benefits is reducing the cost and complexity of international mobile roaming. Also offers call, sms and data recording for international financial companies obliged by mandatory law.With the planned migration of Mobile Recording customers to the IMS platform to take advantage of the latest technology and service capabilities, I was assigned to the Mobile Recording team building on my previous IMS integration and operationalization experience.Currently my main responsibilities are supporting the Mobile Recording WiFi Calling and VoLTE tests across the countries where 1GLOBAL has local presence as a mobile operator, namely troubleshooting call problems, network configurations and provisioning issues. To perform the tests we rely on local support teams to perform and report about the test results.In parallel I\'m working in several internal team projects to increase test automation, troubleshooting capabilities and metrics across the IMS nodes that support customer services and are under the team\'s responsibility. To implement this we used an array of technologies like Shell Scripts, Python, Docker Containers, SIP simulator, Ansible, Prometheus and Grafana using Git for code and configuration repository. Whenever feasible we also used CI/CD pipelines to automate as much as possible the deployment process of code and containers.For more details about the different roles and related activities please check the Projects part of the Accomplishments session of the profile.
