About Luis Seagroves

I bring 21 years of construction experience and a fast-track mentality that has driven me from laborer to Civil Operations Manager. My career began at 13, pouring concrete alongside my father in southern Arizona, and continued through hands-on field work until I graduated from the University of Arizona. Since then, I’ve gained a well-rounded perspective of the industry, having served on the labor, engineering/QC, contractor, and owner’s representative sides. I thrive in collaborative environments where I can lead teams, take ownership, and mentor others. Developing people and passing on knowledge to the next generation is one of the most rewarding aspects of my career. Currently, I hold a Certified Associate Construction Manager (CACM) credential through the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA), and I am on track to earn my Certified Construction Manager (CCM) designation within the next two years. I value integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement. As a leader, I am coachable, unafraid to ask questions, and willing to take on new challenges and risks that strengthen both the team and myself.
