Several years of expertise in Human Resources in worldwide companies. Among my duties in human resources management, I had to develop and administer policies and procedures and design and implement HR practices focused on the business objectives including Compensation and benefits. Other duties included the interpretation and consultation in federal and local law to management, supervisors and other employers.
