ABOUT LUIS RIVERA

I am a Regional Office Leader and Associate Principal with Wendel. I bring over thirty-five years of prior experience including my service time in the US Army as a member of the US Army Corp of Engineers. During my career, I have been a part of numerous projects in the New York Metro Area and throughout the United States working in the private, municipal, transit, K-12 and university sectors.I have the privilege to lead a talented team of Energy Engineers, Design Engineers and Construction Managers. Our team works to provide a unique array of energy solutions tailored to the needs of the client. These include energy master plans, energy audits, design-build construction projects and complete turn-key energy performance contracts.Implementing the many energy efficiency designs (Heat Recovery Chillers, Demand Control Ventilation, Retro-Commissioning, Geothermal, Lighting just to name a few) developed in a collaborative effort and seeing the savings we projected either meeting or exceeding expectations has given not only our Columbus team but the Energy Group a sense of accomplishment.
