Hold a Master in Business Administration from Fayetteville State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Campbell University. Over 15 years of experience of mentoring, advising, and leading soldiers in the United States Army both in active duty and in the reserve component. Completed two overseas deployments in Southwest Asia; the first one in Iraq (20••••04), and the second one in Kuwait and Afghanistan (20••••12). Active member of the North Carolina Army National Guard.
