   Led the Satellites completions engineering team through ORP to the successful execution of a challenging first-ever sub-sea completion design valued at $ 54 M and delivered another similar project with 30% savings, trialing multiple technologies that led to value creation. Created and led the project rig operationalization plan for through HAZID, rig modifications, contractor preparedness review, shop visits, equipment verification, all leading to a high-performance operation, while coaching 3 engineers. Led portfolio-wide sub-sea equipment contractual effort worth $ 200 M. Created and implemented new technology leading to an estimated $ 140 M NPV. Representing the company at API, managed to harmonize quality standards of completion equipment across the industry to the higher Shell standards, with the goal to reduce equipment cost across the industry. Led completions effort for a project in Brazil, quickly forging very strong relationships and delivering an $ 80 M contract in a short timeline. Supported implementation of digital Franchise Operating Model to drive standardization in the Wells business.
