Plans, schedules and monitors different stages of wind blade projects development and implementation from inception through close-out. Coordinates and implements process alignment with Global Operating Strategies Increase communication within the different levels of the organization, clients and stakeholders. Ensure as a Blade technical focal point client satisfaction Prepare Blade Division, to new business opportunities, providing guidelines to Sales department on new processes, techniques and trends. Embrace the company’s vision, mission, values and culture; demonstrate those values in daily job performance of duties (excellence, continuous improvement, health and safety, adherence to protocol and procedures). Responsible to provide support O&M team on Blades defect; prepare quotes, planning and execution Implement Blade Maintenance according Gamesa Policies, improvements, processes, and developments. Other duties as assigned.
