I am passionate in the development of people as I have held positions in volunteering, recruiting and player development. Working everyday to explore the development of each individual and how I can use my abilities to enhance an environment and an organization.I have been a part of very diverse teams in Recruitment (NWOSU) and Player Development (AZ Diamondbacks).
