   Deploy Cisco Meraki MX and MS units to various location in the United States and use its platform and dashboard to configure rules and access permissions to various location within the infrastructure Manage and configure SSID’s for internal and Guest use on the clients Wi-Fi network Design and implement network infrastructure for several firms and independent offices Negotiate with vendors for software and test all software to make sure it functions appropriately with network structure put in place to maximize efficiency and ease of use for end users all while managing budgets Purchase hardware for designed network, install hardware and manage all security aspects Configure firewalls and VPN connections with several offices Configure Windows Servers and Active Directory management Manage time for projects and keep all agents on their given timeline Design Virtual Environment for testing Migrate workstations and servers for upgrades of OS Create and manage domains, preparing disaster recovery strategies, upgrading software, and handling user accounts using Active Directory Be the POC for the contractor in matter pertaining to IBM Bigfix and for the level one, two and three techs on all issues that require a higher level of knowledge Patch and scan environment for vulnerabilities (using Nessus, Bigfix and Landesk) Push monthly patches to all workstations and servers within the environment Head team meetings in discussions about future project and issue Create matrix for vulnerabilities and endpoint versions from our endpoint management tool (Symantec Endpoint Manager) Lead an accelerated project for Windows 10 implementation from Windows 7 (over various workstation versions), this meant keeping all BIOS / Drivers and firmware up to date and organized fashion Reconfigure Bigfix environment to better serve the needs of the client’s ecosystem (lower the number of servers being used to a lower number which have provided better efficiency throughout)
