Multicultural Banking was originally developed as a way of engaging the banking industry with diverse communities, many of them new Americans. It has been my great honor to teach the subject at the American Bankers Association Stonier Graduate School of Banking over many years, as well as mentoring bankers on establishing the practice within their own organizations.
