This covers multiple areas: from refining how our company-wide search works (representation, retrieval, and ranking), to sorting out employee tickets through nifty multi-level categories (multi-level taxonomy classification), and even fine-tuning ticket routing (ILP optimization). I\'ve also worked on spotting organic counterfeits on Facebook using multiple anomaly detection models, and I\'ve built a smart Helpdesk virtual assistant using LLM (generative AI).
