Oversee all BIM and VDC operations for Google’s nationwide portfolio of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects, managing the entire lifecycle from design coordination through construction delivery, prefab integration, and as-built model turnover. Drive constructability, innovation, and digital efficiency across large-scale data centers and modular construction projects. Key Responsibilities & Achievements: • Lead all BIM/VDC operations for Google’s U.S. MEP projects, ensuring alignment with Google’s Digital Delivery Standards, design intent, and constructability. • Direct BIM-to-Prefab workflows, enabling seamless coordination between digital modeling and field fabrication. • Manage multiple BIM vendors and outsourcing partners, setting deliverable scopes, model standards, and quality benchmarks to ensure compliance and timely execution. • Conduct constructability verification using Boston Dynamics Spot and Leica scanning systems to validate field installations and model accuracy. • Oversee deployment of Microsoft HoloLens and Trimble XR10 for on-site augmented reality model visualization. • Manage NVIDIA Omniverse digital environments for federated model visualization and global collaboration. • Provide mentorship and technical leadership to MEP contractor BIM teams, ensuring clash-free, fabrication-ready models. • Develop and enforce BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and BIM/VDC protocols for project consistency. • Oversee Autodesk Construction Cloud environments, Revit templates, and data structures for coordinated document control and data-rich deliverables. • Lead training initiatives for BIM teams, advancing digital delivery standards and technical skill development. • Ensure on-time delivery of fully coordinated, constructable, and data-driven models supporting design, construction, and facility management.
