Led over 70+ new hotel development, adaptive reuse and brand conversion projects for full service and lifestyle brands in both the U.S. and Canada. Guide both internal and external partners in enforcing design and construction brand standards. Coordinate and project manage the design-build cycle details from architecture and construction design, engineering, inspections, meetings with clients, budgets and schedules. Leading selection of acceptable architects to be used as qualified consultants and developing internal project process and responsibilities for collaboration with internal partners and stakeholders. Worked around Pandemic related challenges in securing labor, materials, and adjusting to new business practices and safety protocols while maintaining close to budget through value engineering and concessions. Overcame many challenges including coordinating with disparate owners, inexperienced PMs, dealing with challenging city and building departments, yet opened within schedules and budgets.SELECT PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS The Virgin Las Vegas a Curio Collection by Hilton – 1,504 rooms, 8+ food venues, 1 year to complete. Managed 2 architects, 3 interior designers maintaining design consistency while navigating project. The Hoodoo Moab a Curio Collection by Hilton & Josie Wyatt’s Grille Restaurant – 117 rooms, modern desert design, 3 years to complete. Senna House a Curio Collection by Hilton & Cala Rest. – 169 rooms, 1.6 yrs to complete; contemporary mid-century influenced by the valley and Old Town Scottsdale architecture. Fort Sutter Hotel a Tapestry Collection by Hilton – 100 rooms, urban modern style, 20-month construction timeline. DoubleTree Tucson – 170 rooms, modern design, attached to convention center. The Westley a Tapestry Collection by Hilton – 104 rooms, boho chic design, an adaptive re-use project converting commercial office building to boutique hotel, 25-month build time.
