Develops and administers annual facility budget for properties; monitors budget expenditures; and recommends reallocation of funds to adjust for unanticipated facility costs. Ensure that quality, scope, response and cost parameters are consistent with company standards.• Selects the most cost-effective products, systems, contractors and warranties to ensure long-term protection of company assets.• Works, with assistance from Strategic Sourcing, to determine terms and conditions of facility and service contracts, equipment leases, and related service agreements; and evaluates Request for Proposals (RFPs).• Create and manage business partnerships with vendors.• Serve as a liaison between CRE management and property management companies and/or building owners.• Assists management by participating and representing CRE/Facilities on various areas related to, but not limited to meetings pertaining to Space Planning, Relocation/Moves, Environmental Health and Safety, Disaster Recovery and OSHA for branch locations.
