It\'s about picking the best words for your audience (not unlike public speaking) and, possibly, getting Google to pay attention.In 30+ years at Marine Midland Bank and HSBC, I collaborated to organize for system effectiveness by drafting manuals, job descriptions, SMART goals and measures of success. On two major software developments of HSBC over a period of 15 years (Hexagon and CARM, each distributed to customers and lenders in dozens of countries) I wrote system specifications, testing plans, procedure manuals, presentations and training materials.    Doing what I failed once to do: partnering up with business owners to give them a shoulder to cry on and an impartial ear for their ideas and plans. I build lifelong relationships and learn new skills as a counsel on bookkeeping, financial management and digital marketing.I would LIKE to counsel business owners who look for help with an important speech or a critical presentation but the average SCORE client is consumed with working out how to make the cash flow!So fun!
