Oversee all the Human Resources and Recruiting functions. Human Resource Generalist for 9 different plants in 4 different states. In charge of posting job openings,recruiting and hiring new employees. Perform and file I-9, E-verify, background checks and LOA. I coordinate new hire orientation, HR events and open enrollment. I answer employee questions about human resources policies and procedures. I maintain organization\'s HR policies and programs, and ensure compliance with ever-changing government regulations. Implemented a system to review employees (6-months performance appraisal). Manage PTO, sick time, jury duty, and bereavement.Make sure GRS complies with California, Washington, Texas and Illinois labor laws. Conduct employee investigations. Provide the tools and resources for new leaders/managers to succeed in their role. Champion of change. Certified 4DX Performance Coach throughout the network.
