Dr. Casavantes practiced Cosmetic and Clinical Dermatology for over three decades; he has now retired but remains active as a consultant for Avanti Derma. He has extensive experience in clinical, cosmetic, and reconstructive dermatology, including soft tissue fillers, laser treatments, botulinum toxin, and skin, nail, and hair disorders. Dr. Casavantes took pride in keeping pace with the latest in his medical specialty and continuously coordinated surgical procedures and services for many of his patients through his group of associated surgeons. His active role in national and international medical associations and his continuous participation as part of the faculty in numerous medical meetings worldwide earned him unsurpassed experience and expertise. He treated thousands of patients with soft tissue dystrophies, especially those associated with lipodystrophy and Parry-Romberg\'s syndrome, with excessive soft tissue losses related to liposuction and post-accident deficits and scars. He also has extensive experience helping healthy individuals who wish to look better through enhancement or rejuvenation of face and body. Dr. Casavantes is one of the most experienced physicians using PMMA, Polycaprolactone, and Hyaluronic Acid, soft tissue fillers used to correct soft tissue deficits or enhance different body areas. In February 2022, Dr. Casavantes published the book \"Girth Matters,\" designed to inform prospective penile enhancement patients to understand the procedure, its risks, and benefits.
