Facilitate large group dynamics through listening and gathering diverse opinions to ultimately drive consensus among cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring that decisions are made efficiently and with everyone\'s buy-in. The foundation of my personal and professional successes is built on my exposure to the obstacles that my father faced and overcame in his Tortilla Manufacturing business which inculcated in me the strong work ethic, determination, and resolute mindset I carry on today.
