About Luis Bruno

I am a transplant from a small piece of sovereign land in the middle of the Americas called Costa Rica. I had the fortune to spend the majority of my professional working years for a Fortune 500 company, Western Union (WU). During my years at WU, I had the opportunity perform different roles in several areas, which include operations in the Call Center working directly with end consumers, International Agent Support, working with agents in all the Americas, the EMEA and APAC regions. Moreover, I was a Supervisor in charge of South American Agents and their direct support, and later as a supervisor in the International Accounting and Settlement team.Prior to 2006, which is the date when Western Union spun off from its parent company, First Data, I also had the opportunity to perform as an agent for First Data\'s Electronic Fleet Services (EFS) company, as well as its First Data Credit Card Services in the UK. To add to the above, since moving to the U.S. I have had the fortune of working with Cable Wiring Specialists Inc.(CWSI). CWSI is a construction contractor for the local cable company. My roles have ranged throughout the years from Drop / Bury coordinator, as well as being a construction dispatch, to a Project Coordinator until more recently, that I have been a Commercial Project Construction Supervisor. I have learned much of the cable and telecommunications industry.I hold a B.S. In Applied Psychology and Counseling with a Minor in Business Administration. I have learned to understand, and relate to all sorts of people, whether they are external customers, clients, and also internal customers and co-workers. I am continuing my studies as a M.S. in Systems Management. I continue to bolster my knowledge in project management in highly complex technological environmentsI strive to further my career in an environment that foster the culture of professional growth, and where I can apply all my previous experience by being a key member of any organization.
