ABOUT LUIS ARAMBULA
Luis has led the delivery of complex commercial architecture at MVE+Partners for over twenty-five years, with work that has spanned across Northern and Southern California, Arizona, Texas, and the Middle East. His projects include retail and entertainment, mixed-use, transit-oriented developments, mid-rise/high-rise multifamily residential, student housing, as well as K-12 educational projects.Before joining MVE+Partners, Luis gained experience in both construction management and commercial architecture. After completing his Master of Architecture degree from the Southern California Institute of Architecture, he spent three years working in the construction industry as a Project Superintendent. He then specialized in restaurant and hospitality design at SF Jones in 1996, with projects in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and Honolulu. Two years later, in 1998, he brought his expertise to MVE + Partners. Luis currently leads the technical studio within MVE that specializes in high-density, Type I mixed-use residential and other urban infill project types. He constantly strives to be “Exceptional by Design”, and was recently named as a Principal in 2018.
