The project will include the design, construction, delivery, and operational readiness testing of a new DFW Terminal F Concourse building. This overall project will provide a new concourse building and associated Skylink Station infrastructure on the Terminal F site, currently known as the F Hardstands. This will be a new double-loaded (aircraft parking on both sides) concourse building, the square footage of the Terminal F Concourse building is anticipated to be sf to sf inclusive of enclosed, open space, pavement and head of stand road. The project will also include the design, construction, delivery and operational readiness testing of a Skylink Station around the existing Skylink guideway. The station will connect to the Terminal F Concourse via a connector providing airside connectivity between the Terminal F Concourse and other Terminals.
