I began my career at Accenture, spending five years in the Development Factory on Mainframe technologies within the Finance sector, before moving to the Testing Factory where I built over a decade of expertise in quality assurance, mainly across the Telco industry.In Sisal, I first joined as Manager and was later promoted to Senior Manager (2023), serving as Head of Test Factory. In this role, I led a structure of ~70 professionals (consultants, internal staff, and offshore teams), ensuring software quality across both digital and retail channels, nationally and internationally.Today, I am Head of Quality for Flutter South Europe & Africa (SEA), responsible for defining and driving the quality strategy and governance across multiple markets. I lead international teams to guarantee end-to-end validation of digital and retail solutions, supporting business growth and operational excellence at scale.With 15+ years of experience across Finance, Telco, Gaming, and Retail, I combine strategic leadership, deep technology background, and strong delivery focus to ensure software reliability and accelerate time-to-market.
