I believe project management is about more than schedules and budgets, it’s about aligning people, resources, and purpose to deliver results that matter.For over two decades in the U.S. Navy, I’ve led teams as small as seven and as large as 200+, overseeing complex projects that ranged from delivering the Navy’s first Ford-class aircraft carrier to modernizing submarines and carriers through multimillion-dollar maintenance and repair efforts.My philosophy is simple:People first — teams succeed when they are trained, trusted, and empowered.Clarity matters — scope, cost, and risk must be visible to all stakeholders.Processes evolve — the way we measure, plan, and execute must adapt to reality, not just tradition.What drives me is taking my experience in shipbuilding, stakeholder engagement, cross-team collaboration, and large-scale modernization and applying it to project management in industry. I’m currently pursuing PMP certification to align my work with PMI standards and formalize what I’ve learned throughout my career: delivering scope on time, managing resources effectively, and building teams that thrive under pressure.
