In the framework of projects aimed to Chrysler engines\' embedded SW development by adopting Physical Model Based Design approach, I hold the role of Scrum Master in the field of agile/autoscrum methodology.Main tasks and responsibilities:• Accomplish product owner wishes• Manage a team of 25-30 members• Plan activities and tasks according to team capacity • Hold daily meetings with all team members to ensure activities will be completed within the set deadlines • Remedy to any impediment (risks management)• Manage the work in coordination with all the other COEs teams (from NAFTA, LATAM, EMEA areas) to define dependencies • Ensure that the rules of the agile/autoscrum methodology are respected• Ensure that defined workflow is followed • Give technical support to carry out the planned activities

ABOUT LUIGI RUSSO
Luigi Russo was born on January 6, 1990. He attended the Degree Program in Mechanical Engineering at University of Salerno and he obtained the Master\'s Degree in Mechanical Engineering on December 17, 2014. His Master Thesis, titled \"Statistical and model-based analysis of on-board EIS measurements for on-line monitoring and diagnosis of PEMFC systems”, has been developed at the European Institute for Energy Research (EIFER) in Germany. This work has addressed the development of diagnostic algorithms for Fuel Cells systems on-board control. After the end of the studies, Luigi continued the research about Fuel Cells systems by collaborating as Research fellow with the Energy and Propulsion Systems Laboratory at University of Salerno in the framework of European projects aimed at the improvement of this technology. Thanks to these experiences, he has improved his team working, results orientation and communication skills as well as becoming an expert in controlling and diagnostics of complex systems. Currently Luigi Russo is in charge of Control Systems Engineering Team Lead role at Mecaprom Vehicles & Powertrain Systems Italia. Moreover, as consultant at CRF, Luigi is in charge of Scrum Master role with responsibility of managing team in the framework of projects aimed to Chrysler ECU SW development.
