ABOUT LUIGI RIGLI

I am a bank manager with more than 20 years of demonstrated history in retail and corporate commercial banking. I covered various positions within the Bank, mainly as a manager, with increasing responsibilities, all with a strong focus on delivering goals and working under pressure, on tight schedules in a complex environment. I began as an assistant, then as a portfolio manager, then as a manager of increasingly larger units, to the current position of head of a top commercial area all with UniCredit, Italy\'s largest bank and one of leading financial institutions in Europe. My goals as an Area Manager include reaching net and gross profit of the Area, increasing the unit\'s key figures, effectively managing credit, operational and execution risks, variable hr and non hr costs,improving at the same time levels of customer and employee satisfaction. Also managing institutional relations as well as business ones is an essential part of my current job. My main managerial skills: people management (up to about 550 colleagues, indirectly and directly managed), management by objectives, territorial development, risk and cost management, strong capabilities in execution and a consistent customer focus. Graduated in Business (Economia e Commercio) at the University of Florence in 1997 with full marks. I recently (Oct. 2023) graduated again in administrative sciences Scienze delle amministrazioni) at the University of Siena with full marks.
