ABOUT LUIGI ONORATO

Luigi is a Partner of Monitor Deloitte with more than 25 years of experience in the business Advisory for Financial, Consumer, Automotive, TMC and Sports Industries, in Italy and Europe. Currently, Luigi is Deloitte Strategy and Transaction Leader, Deloitte Insurance Network Leader, Deloitte Sports Leader and key Account Leader for some major clients.Luigi has been involved in various cross industries topics: medium- long term corporate strategy definition, identification and assessment of growth initiatives, business plans preparation, commercial optimization and distribution model (i.e. products, network design, pricing definition, revenue management, …), digital strategy definition, organization design and operations optimization (i.e. strategic sourcing, cost reduction programs), change management and major transformation programs at leading national and international financial institutions-insurance companies.Prior to joining Deloitte, he worked at a major international consulting firm where he served as Head of Strategic Consulting for Insurance (in Italy, Mediterranean Europe and Middle East).Beyond his experience in the consulting business, he was also Chief Financial and Organizational Officer for an insurance company in Italy.Luigi is author of numerous publications and collaborations with leading Italian and International economic and financial newspapers.Luigi holds a degree in Economics from “La Sapienza”, Rome.
