I have developed so far experience in operations management as operation manager and plant manager in complex and international situations.I had the possibility to work with several multinational companies in the tissue/paper industry and that allowed me to acquire an overall knowledge of technologies and process used in that sector. I had also the possibility to obtain a good knowledge of different organization structures, have trainings and develop skills on people management and continuous improvement processes.In project management I had the opportunity to manage continuous improvement projects and also bigger project as lines refurbishment and installation.I have also a personal tendency for innovation finding new ways on processes and team management and that gave me the opportunity to be part of Club Tecnologia e Passione, organization for the innovation in the paper industry, as deserving member.
