As Airfreight Operation Manager, I oversee and coordinate all air freight activities to ensure efficient, compliant, and cost-effective logistics operations. My role includes managing optimizing workflows and ensuring alignment with international air transport and pharmaceutical distribution standards.As the Responsible Person for GDP (Good Distribution Practice), I ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements for the storage, handling, and transportation of pharmaceutical products. I work closely with quality, compliance, and operations teams to maintain the integrity of temperature-sensitive goods and to continuously improve quality systems and processes.Key Responsibilities:Lead and supervise daily air freight operations, including export, import, and consolidation activities.Ensure compliance with IATA, customs, and GDP standards for pharmaceutical logistics.Act as GDP Responsible Person, overseeing documentation, audits, and corrective actions.Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and quality.Train and support team members on GDP and operational best practices.
