My functional knowledge of the Success Factors platform is solid, connecting it with many stand-alone platforms (e.g. Payroll Management, Time & Attendance Management, and Travel & Expenses Management). My concrete experience in the HR Organizational function led me to fully understand all the HR processes, acting as a fundamental change agent; I\'ve got a robust relationship with all the HR & IT stakeholders and many primary external partners in implementation activities.
