DrugOptimal is a 14-time award-winning start-up created by two founders from France\'s top business and engineering schools, selected by the prestigious Challenges magazine as \"start-up to invest in\" in 2024! DrugOptimal, the first research laboratory on physico-chemical incompatibilities, has developed the 1st intelligent drug administration assistance application for nurses- Detection of physico-chemical incompatibilities with automatic adaptation of the care plan (-30% complications,+10% time for caregivers, savings ~1.5% of the hospital budget)- Help with storage/preparation/administration of IV drugs (concentrations, flow rates, PSE) and oral drugs (intake modalities, drug-food interactions, crushability, alternatives). My achievements- Launch of a spin-off (sb-peptide.com). 1-year sales = €1M - Quality of care strategy at CHU: activity management and COPIL/CREX presentations, optimization of practices, certification planning, training of healthcare professionals, etc- Launch of an e-health startup & a laboratory: Management of a team of 18 engineers/ lawyers/ pharmacists, 10 awards, 60 donations, 2 university hospitals & 1 laboratory as partners, 1 successful fund-raising, 1 functional software used daily in the care department- Market penetration work for a DM company: strategic diagnosis, economic model, business plan, etc- Pharmaceutical sales missions
