The Head of FLT OPS Support and Business Manager is the project and business control manager in the FLT OPS area who is always looking to improve operational processes and cost control. He supports the Director of Flight Operations (DFO) in the planning, supervision, and control of all flight operations areas. Main duties are- FLT OPS Project Manager: designs and oversees all FLT OPS and Training projects, as required by the DFO or his deputy. Including contract negotiation support and its related internal approval process- KPIs and cost control leader: including overseeing all FLT OPS and training contracts, headcounts, crew productivity, fuel control, OTP, etc- Manages and looks for continuous cost improvement in all FLT OPS areas- Work closely with the other FLT OPS Managers leading the control/report of the KPIs of the different areas, with special emphasis on crew productivity ratios, fuel saving indicators and on time performance- Coordinate with the finance department, actively manage the budget and cost control KPIs of FLT OPS, looking for continuous improvements- Responsible for receiving and verifying all invoices sent to FLT OPS in relation to the budget and contracts.
