My career began in operations at Amazon and has since evolved into leadership in the roofing and construction industry. I am passionate about building strong teams, improving systems, and raising the standard of service for customers and communities.Today I serve as Sales Manager at Tornado Roofing, Siding and Gutters in Indiana, helping drive growth for a $4M roofing company with over 13 years of experience and more than 1,500 roofs completed. I focus on mentoring sales professionals, strengthening customer relationships, and delivering a high trust experience for homeowners across the Lafayette and Frankfort communities.I earned my Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Public Administration from Indiana University Bloomington and completed the Business Foundations Certificate through the Kelley School of Business.Originally from Guatemala, my journey to the United States shaped my perspective on resilience, perseverance, and opportunity.
