Also facilitate town halls during which appreciation letters are distributed.• Successfully handled PMS, Goal setting, Mid – year reviews for + employees within the stipulated timelines.• Ensure weekly MIS reports are published for management reviews.• Active member of any Organizational design / planning that is undertaken
